Our engineering teams collaborate across multiple industries, using digital modeling tools and advanced production technologies that ensure our work processes are as innovative as the products we deliver.
STEP 1 - DIGITAL MANUFACTURING
DESIGN

Using Autodesk, Revit and SolidWorks, Northstar's Art-to-Part Process takes a design concept through production in an entirely digital environment.
ENGINEER

Your CAD or Revit model is refined by our engineering team, then converted into digital output files that are uploaded to automated CNC machines which accurately manufacture raw components and measurements specific to the client’s holistic design.
MANUFACTURE

Larger structures are produced in our manufacturing facility using a panelized design that is automated to ensure consistent product quality. This patented system and methods increases worker safety, productivity, and financial savings to the customer. Automation using a CNC machine is more precise than using manual machinery, which increases production speed and efficiency while reducing errors and waste.
Step 2 - INSTALLATION
ASSEMBLE

After the building system components have been manufactured within our facility and prepared to receive a cladding such as a flexible stucco finish or rainscreen systems, then they are labeled, organized & assembled for transport & simplified onsite installation.
TRANSPORT

Lightweight pre-cut components of the end product are stacked strategically onto the chosen mode of transport for efficient erection on the jobsite with minimal equipment & labor.
ERECT
-
The accurately measured & modified components are erected onsite, fitting together like puzzle pieces. Typically installed upon concrete foundations that are reinforced with composite rebar. Larger structures are installed in a panelized fashion whereas smaller modular structures are pre-fabricated at our facilities then secured onto a base at the project site.
