Paul Inglese
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Inglese is a specialist in the design, engineering and manufacturing of Advanced Fiber Reinforced Polymer Building Systems for use in Aerospace, Defense, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Energy and Agricultural market segments.
Over the past 34 years Mr. Inglese has worked on projects with some of the nation’s leading retailers and shopping center developers including Sunoco Oil Company, Starbucks Coffee, McDonald's, Anheuser Busch Brewing Company, Miller Brewing Company, Transworld Entertainment, Forest City Development, Delaware North and General Growth Properties working on malls, stadiums and arenas through the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Mr. Inglese’s experience with fiber reinforced polymers has provided him with the vision and skills necessary for the development of the only 100% fiber reinforced polymer building system in the world for low-rise structures, mid-rise structures and the only 100% fiber reinforced building system in the world for high-rise building envelope systems for high velocity wind zone regions.
Scott Foster
Chief Financial Officer/ Chief of Operations Officer
Mr. Foster is the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer of Northstar Technologies Group, Inc.
Mr. Foster is a high-performing management executive with 20 years of expertise in building and optimizing teams, organizational processes, infrastructure, financial, technical and general organization operational functions to maximize business results.
Mr. Foster has extensive experience working with the U.S. Department of Defense and various governmental agencies.
Mr. Foster is a skilled leader who manages through a deep understanding of the organization and a strong commitment to the team. He has led as the COO of a small boutique defense including through its acquisition and as CEO/CFO of a startup surveillance company that currently operates today in both domestic and international markets.
Kyle McLaughlin
Chief Sales Officer
With over 16 years of sales experience and 9 years in the Real Estate industry – Kyle McLaughlin’s mission is to provide value to every industry professional he comes in contact with via high-level coaching, training and accountability.
In previous roles in Real Estate, Kyle has helped other brokerages grow their value proposition by developing success-driven programs that allow agents to succeed with a set plan in place from day one – Kyle is able to sit in the same chair as his fellow agents when training and mentoring through his own experiences as he has been involved in over 100 transactions in the last few years ranging from starter-homes for first time home-buyers, investment portfolios for sophisticated investors, and a personal-best sale in 2017 located at 1 10th Ave S that closed for $10M.
His specialties include, providing value to buyers, investors and sellers, coaching Real Estate professionals across Florida – with the goal of soon having a nation-wide reach in aiding ambitious Agents achieve their goals and financial independence through Real Estate.
At his last company, Kyle was able to triple the collective sales volume of the company from $85M total volume in 2015 to $240M in sales for 2017 – This was achieved through strategic programs and value driven recruiting that enabled agents to generate leads, cultivate them and have the proper training and mentorship in place to close a high percentage of contacts
Kliton Agolli
Director Of International Business Development
Mr. Agolli is an accomplished security professional with extensive international experience spanning military, law enforcement, and the private sector. With a background in the Albanian Army's Counter-Intelligence Unit, he excelled in border security and intelligence gathering using advanced technologies like Electro Optical, Infrared, and Radio Frequency sensors.
As a former Lead Detective for the Albanian Police Force, Mr. Agolli made significant contributions in combating the trafficking of firearms, drugs, and tobacco. He also played a crucial role in anti-human trafficking efforts. In the private sector, he provided VIP security services to Greece's affluent elite as an armed guard for a renowned Security Services company in Athens. Further showcasing his skills, Mr. Agolli served as a security officer for the prestigious Marriott Group of Hotels in Naples, specializing in VIP and domestic/foreign dignitary protection. His expertise extended to safeguarding US and foreign government personnel.
With his extensive international experience and a diverse skill set acquired from military, law enforcement, and private sector roles, Mr. Agolli is a highly capable & worldly professional known for his exceptional service and dedication.
